It started on Saturday morning, seen advertised on Facebook about Kelly clarkson how to lose weight with acv ketoiq gummies, so seen reviews on page that had lost weight, so I decided to buy a bottle to try, but they were having a buy one bottle get one free, sale, so I got that one for $64.99 a bottle, but I didn’t see a invoice till I checked my email and they had charged me for two bottles for a total of $129.99. So I called my bank to cancel and talked to Anita and reported the transaction, and told her to stop payment but she couldn’t do a thing, until it was posted so she suggested me closing my debit/credit card, which I did and got new card, Anita gave a phone number she found 469-447-8956 but number wasn’t working. But did get website [email protected] so I email them to cancel transaction, I got a text that afternoon, saying that they couldn’t stop order or give me a refund, all sales were final from them, here’s the text -

With the deal, you are getting the bottles at a discounted price of $64.99 per bottle. We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages.

We totally understand you want to cancel the order. However, order that has been placed on our website is considered as a FINAL SALE and we can't cancel the product you purchased.

They sent a toll free number 866-296-5077, so I reached out to them on Monday May 6, 2024 and talked to Sheryl, and I told her that I only wanted one bottle so I could check with my doctor to see if I could take the gummies, and I told her it was advertised $64.99 a bottle and get one free, but they charged me $129.99 on bank account, Sheryl said they didn’t have anything to do with the advertising on Facebook and they’re part they charged $64.99 a bottle, she really didn’t help me and said all sells were final, so there’s no buy one bottle for $64.99 and get one free, so I should have been charged $64.99 only, I’ve been seeing they’re advertising on Facebook but comments you can’t bring out about how people are getting scammed, they’re blocked, I put a post that it was a scam and then I can’t find my post no more, but if you go on web site you see all the people that have been scammed and hacen’t to other bbb’s of they’re states, at this time it’s been a week and I haven’t recieved anything from them ketoiq, thank you hope this helps and I’ve found out a lot of scammers are using Kelly’s name, Orlando Garcia
