The company was offering a promotional deal for a free ring if you just pay $9.95 shipping fee. The tracking site said it was coming from China. Weeks later when I checked the tracking it said it was delivered but not received. When I reached out by email they said there was a mix up with tracking and it is on its way. A few days later the update said it was delivered to Honolulu. I live In Massachusetts. I emailed the company again and have not heard back but upon research this seems to be a common scheme with this company.
