Shopnowpaylater.com do the scams in another names

I got an email that said if I completed a survey they`ll send me a free gift. Then I found that I should pay a small amount for shipping. After spending that, I got an email from shopnowpaylater.com which said they sent the item, although I did fill out the survey for another site. Then I see that my credit card was charged by DWEEBTOYS.COM. I should have locked and changed my credit card after 1st paying at that point but I did not.
After one week I got the item and two days after that I got another charge of more than 100$ from DWEEBTOYS again. So I called the number on their site and guess what? The responding person was from SHIPNOWPAYLATER and ask me to return the item and pay for the shipping fee to return my money. She gave me a P.O. Box number to return the item.
