Scrolling through Instagram and found this advertisement for a "free" instant home photo studio (and phone camera stand). I was interested in the photo studio and decided on the camera stand since I was only paying for shipping. I was skeptical but went ahead and put in my "order" and received the following message: "Your shipment is confirmed We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." Anyway, I do a lot of online ordering to know it doesn't take days to receive tracking information. So, after checking the online site and noticing no changes were made with the "updates" I proceeded to email, twice. They never responded. I did not receive the items. I had my bank reverse the transaction. Please look at the transaction that comes up as another name "ACE FITNESS SHOPACEFITNES CA". They WILL NOT respond to the DUMMY EMAIL: [email protected]. I have learned tonot order from any company that doesn't have legitimate contact information, reviews from real customers, or are ScamPulse.com accredited.

They advertised a product on instagram... I clicked via my phone & that's why I was not able to sniff out the site was a scam. If I was looking on desktop, it would have been way more obvious. I ordered a product, and they use standard Shopify templates, so it "looks legit" when you go through the customer flow, but when I went back later to the instagram post, I realized that I hadn't paid attention & there was a small spelling error in their content... So now they have all my info (name, address, CC number, email) and I have not received ANYTHING. Horrible.

A few other people and I ordered items on shop Pazi and there were order confirmation mails sent out but there were not any order tracking method and they never came. They do not reply emails.

Scrolling through Instagram and found this advertisement for a "free" instant home photo studio (and phone camera stand). I was interested in the photo studio and decided on the camera stand since I was only paying for shipping. Their website had about ** or so items. These two and other items were listed as "free”, but the other items cost little to nothing. The highest item price was about $**. But all I had to pay was $***. I felt a bit reluctant but went ahead and put in my "order" and received the following message:

"Your shipment is confirmed

We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status."

Come to think about it now, all the "online drop-shipping entrepreneurs" on YouTube are creating courses to "help" others build their online shopping stores for $***!

Anyway, I do a lot of online ordering to know it doesn't take days to receive tracking information. So, after checking the online site and noticing no changes were made with the "updates" I proceeded to email the scammers and warn them that they “better respond in 24 hours or else”. They didn't.

I did not receive the items. I had my bank reverse the transaction today (10/8/18). Please look at the transaction that comes up as another name "ACE FITNESS SHOPACEFITNES CA". They are getting rich and probably made close to a million from Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads. They WILL NOT respond to the DUMMY EMAIL: [email protected]. They are probably reading the e-mails and laughing all the way to their banks. Do not order from this or any other company who don’t have legitimate contact information, reviews from real customers, or are ScamPulse.com accredited. I’ll stick with ordering from Amazon and using PayPal only and not my personal bank card.

The company came up as an ad with a sale on a product (a small lighting box for photography) on Instagram. I've ordered things this way before with other companies, and have never had a problem. I got an email confirmation from my order and that was the last I got anything at all from the company. 3 weeks have passed now and I haven't got an update on shipping of the product. I haven't received a tracking number, or the product itself. I reached out to the company via email, which was provided on my confirmation and no response. After further review on the internet, it seems some other customers are going through the same treatment. I checked my bank transactions and the company was listed as a completely different name than what is listed on the website.
