I placed and order in September that was immediately taken off my credit card. Every attempt to contact them via email since has been ignored. Phone calls are answered and if I am not hung up on for asking for my refund, I am offered a $100 gift card but their systems are down so I have to wait to get it. Their systems have been down for months - even though the technician tells me they have only been down 5-10 minutes.

This company is fake. They advertise on Instagram.
