Shop Sena is scam. I ordered a makeup bag over a month ago. First I received a message saying that it was on the way, but it never got to the post office. There is no phone number to contact them. I sent an email and after 6 weeks I still get the same info I received the day after I placed the order.

I wanted to purchase an item called "Clean Cut". $31.48 for two of them. Ordered on July 21, 2018. I even have a USPS tracking number.

According to the post office they have a tracking number but haven't received the merchandise from ShopSena. There is no way to get a hold of this company.

Got products for this company two months ago, still nothing delivered, when I asked for a refund they stop emailing me. Do not buy anything from them I should have look for more info before I got anything, they don’t even have a phone number!

I ordered kitchen merchandise from this online store and paid for it via PayPal. My order was delivered a month later. It was in the original box but it was missing two pieces. I could only use some of the item. I emailed the company and got nothing back. I did a little research about the company and found out they have several emails and Facebook pages affiliated with them. I tried Facebook messaging them and emailing all of the emails. Still no replies. I put a complaint into PayPal. They apparently got a hold of the company and relayed to me that I could return the product at my own personal expense and get a refund. I am not happy with that. Why should I have to pay to return the product, why can I not speak to someone at the company and why are they not being held accountable for my missing pieces to my product? I don't think PayPal should be promoting this fraudulent business either.
