This is an Instagram based company.They are selling fake makeup. I noticed after I had purchased the products that they weren't authentic. I asked for my refund and emailed the address provided for customer service. They wouldn't respond to my email. I reached out to them on their Instagram page and they only would respond there saying they never got an email. I asked questions of where the products were coming from. They refused to answer. I told them I want my refund now because the lipsticks they were selling were fake. After I threatened to expose them they gave me my refund within minutes. This company is a fraud and deceiving their customers by selling fake name brand products. Fake products are very dangerous to use. INSTAGRAM name is @shop9nine online shop9nine.com
