I placed my order on December 27, 2023. On January 11, 2024 the label was created in Celina, TX. As of January 22, 2024 it is still there. It says USPS is awaiting to receive it. When I ask for a refund they said they don’t do refunds only exchanges when you receive the product. The last update I received on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 was that they were “glad to inform” me that it was in Celina, TX. Something I had known since I use the Shop app.
