They're scraping money off of people without ever having to sell a real product, hoping customers will just let it go as it's not a large sum of money. Customer service was a joke, told some ridiculous lie about their "systems going haywire" being the reason and then flat out GHOSTED me when I asked for specifics and why it was the customer's responsibility to cover technical issues. If it was a simple glitch that "affected their pricing system" then why wouldn't they be able to give full refunds literally a day later?
Found out this happened to others who ordered the same day, same story. Ordered a few cheap items and Rengvo suddenly cancelled only refunding 90% of their order. I assume everyone else that ordered had this happen to. I'm positive that when the next ShopCash drops, they will do the exact same thing. That 10% x the amount of orders they'll get surely adds up. They needed to be permanently banned for fraud from Shop.App .
