Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was provided a link to this website through a Google search for "hydrogen water bottle." After receiving the products and determining they were not quality for the pricepoint, I contacted the seller to request a refund as stated on their website. Website stated to contact [email protected] within 30 days to request a refund in which a return label would be mailed to the buyer, if approved. I sent an email to request a return and received a reply the same day signed by "Aquagenix Team" asking "what about the product disappointed me?". I replied the following day and have sent two additional emails since with no reply or other contact. Upon returning to the website through the link from my original purchase, it appears the
business name has now changed to "Solesuit" and they are no longer selling the product(s) that I bought. There is no phone number or physical address associated with the website, but the products were mailed from China.
