I ordered this company's product off their website. They said it would be delivered in 7-12 days. I received it after 5 weeks. It shipped directly from China. The product was defective and never worked. The company asked me to send them a video of the product not working which I did. They proceeded to give me the run-around for 2 more weeks. Then stopped replying to any of my inquiries. They claim a 30 day money back guarantee if the buyer "does not love it." Totally false. I never received my money back, in fact they won't even follow up with me after multiple attempts. I ordered the product on Feb 7. 2024
