I ordered 2 heated blankets in November as a Christmas gift for the family. I received a notification that the order was delivered through the shop app but I never received anything. I was home the entire day. I then realized that I never received a tracking number and then had no way to double-check. I emailed the company and never got an answer and then immediately disputed the charge. The company responded to my credit card company with images showing that my package was delivered which is a lie and I never received my money back. While it is not a large amount of money, the fact is I was still scammed and it seems they are doing it/have scammed a good deal of others as well. The website now does not exist!
