Tik tok add claiming face products and lip serum. They had a special and I bought product, payment went thru. Aura skin sent a tracking number thru Fed Ex. The tracking number was trackable..it came through my email as Delivered. When I see picture of delivery it wasn’t my house. I called Fed Ex. Fed Ex said that I needed to contact sender to give me an updated tracking number because they gave me the wrong one because what was delivered to the wrong house actually was intended for that person and they signed for the package. I contacted company thru email provided on site. The reply said it was an AI auto generated response and to fill out a form. I filled out “Lost product” form sent it back. They responded sooo many days later stating they would generate a Refund with 7-15 days. It’s been now well over a month and they don’t respond to any email after telling me they will refund but don’t.

I am not the only one they have scammed. There are hundreds probably off of Tik Tok.

I ordered the lip filler serum off of shopauraskin.com not once but twice. Both times the shipping address was labeled wrong, and I double checked both times to make sure I typed it in correctly and you CANNOT speak to a real person. You have a support email or refunds email and they’re both just automated responses. I’ve been waiting over a month now just for the first refund that I’m certain at this point I won’t get. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
