ShopBella.co charged me $59.98 for products I never received
"I am filing this complaint because this company from ShopBella.co has charged my account TWICE for a total of $59.98, and I have never received any of the products I paid for.
I have contacted the company via [email protected] on multiple occasions and have received NO response whatsoever — no refund, no tracking information, no acknowledgment of my complaint. I have filed countless complaints and NOT A SINGLE ONE has been addressed or resolved.
I am formally demanding:
Immediate cancellation of my subscription.
Full refund of both charges of $29.99 ($59.98 total) for undelivered products.
Complete removal of my card information from their system.
The company operates under the trade name Asterralabs LLC through the website shopbella.co. They continue charging customers without delivering products and ignore all complaints.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charges with my bank and take further legal action.
This is my final notice."
