On February 16th I ordered a dress from the website. One week later, I received an email from the company telling me my order was being refunded. After another week I still had no refund, and emailed the company. It again took one week before I received a reply stating that my email could not be received as my account was associated with "spam emails" to them. I reached out to a different email associated with the company again asking for a refund. No reply came for a further month, and I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Today, one whole month after my last email to the company, I received an email stating that the refund appears processed on their end, and they cannot help me further, but advised me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There is no evidence that they provided any refund, and their communications were scant and dismissive. Based on other reviews I have read online, this appears to be common place for this 'business'.

Worst experience ever while ordering online . I made a purchase two weeks before needed . Which means I paid extra for express shipping 3-5 business days) . Day 6 approaching not an email confirmation nor shipping . I immediately email for a refund because it has exceeded the timing . Now I’m calling the company sat for 23mins , spoke to 3 different Arabic people who all has my account and bank routing information then proceeded to hang up on me and block my number !
