ordered from shop.buccaneers.com site to order a nfl jersey. appreared as nfl.shop. placed order when order was processed website showed edithmurphy.shop. order successful. showed order placed on 12/17/23. to carrier on 12/20/23. Did not receive order. so tried to contact them. No phone number so I clicked the track order at bottom of their site. sent them an email and received an email from [email protected]. Told them didn't receive order they responded by sending screenshot of order, website, recipient. Sent it and now nothing. And received my credit card statement and they charged my card for the order. Now no contact.
