Second the Heater is advertised as using up too 1200 watts and claims it can heat rooms up to 350 sq feet.
From product link I submitted, the webpage very bottom states FAQ: "How Many Amps and Watts Does This Heater Use?? Answer: 650W (Low) - 1200W (High) and can heat rooms up to 350 sq. ft."
***The Heater I received states on box it is only 500 watts. It does not heat up a 350 Sq ft room. This heater can be purchased for $20 on other sites.
I purchased this one for over $50 because it said it can heat up to 350 sq ft - FALSE ADVERTISING! COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS BEWARE
Multiple attempts have been made to request a refund within days from delivery via phone and email. I have received No response.
I checked BB and now see many other complaints for the same type of thing.
