Made a purchase thru Byte Tag website https://shop.bytetag.co On Nov 28, 2023. I received a confirmation that order was placed at 11:06pm, same date. On Dec 27/2023 I received a email to place a review on the product. By that day I did not receive anything. I checked the tracking information thru USPS LW2275——-. It said that they had not received the package to deliver yet. I emailed them on Jan 2/2024 stating that I had not received the products. I received a email back stating that they were behind and would send the product asap. On Jan 19/2024 I sent a subsequent email stating that I still had not received the product.

I received a response asking if my address was in the United States. That I should contact the post office. I responded that no, I live in Canada and the order clearly has my Canadian address as the order. Since that email, I have received no other correspondence or products. The USPS tracking says that it hasn’t shipped. This company is a scam.
