My legitimate business, shopcharm.COM is being contacted by individuals who are inquiring about charges on their credit/bank cards by shopcharm.SHOP (a business with absolutely no affiliation with mine.) Upon googling the site myself, it appears that the website shopcharm.SHOP is promoting deep discounts. These individuals that have called my business are not receiving any merchandise and aren't receiving any response from the contact information on that website. The number of calls is increasing each day, and I don't want my business tied to this one in any fashion. I've reported this scam to google, the FTC, and now the BBB. Please be sure to note that there are two completely separate businesses, and shopcharm.COM is legit.
