I had the exact same experience with this company as P. Feil - Chicago, IL, USA
My items were 2 shower heads. The details of how this company does business is exactly like I experience. I thought I was reading something I wrote as the details are EXACTLY the same as P. Feil - Chicago, IL, USA. Money lost was over $250 that I am currently in the process of disputing with the credit card company. If you look up the address of said company it is actually listed as the UPS Store. I ordered items back in Aug (they were waiting for item to be stocked), Nov asked for refund multiple times, I was told the order was cancelled per my request and refund would be processed in 5-7 days, requested status again in Nov/Dec, was told to wait a few more days. Almost Jan and they stop responding to my emails and no status, no refund.
Their website also states: "If your order contains multiple items, please note that
as each item has its own specific delivery timeframe, your credit card will be charged as each item on your order ships.”
If they charge you right away I'd suggest you call the credit card company and put a reversal on this charge ASAP.
