I purchased a dress for $444 dollars from the website above. It was listed as a made to order custom item and required you email them with measurements. I messaged the email listed above twice and didn’t hear back. I then messaged the merchant on the business page on Instagram and didn’t hear back until I commented publicly on a post they made asking to check their messages. After finally hearing back I was told to send a payment of $65 through cashapp and that my item would be expedited to me after it was made. The website says it takes approximately 3-5 weeks to be made and send to me. The order was shipped out the very next day. Upon receiving the item it was ripped on the side. I messaged the merchant and received horrible customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done. I will insert screenshots of how I was spoken to by the merchant and the damage item they sent me and refused to fix or refund.
