I received a confirmation email which stated I would received another email when the items shipped. When I hadn't received any more information, I sent emails to the listed email address for the NUFC Shop ([email protected]). I have received no replies. I tried to get more information through Shopify but it is impossible to get live customer service help or even useful AI customer service help. It's also impossible to report a missing shipment on their website despite indications that it can be done. Please help!
