This person is claiming to be a shopify expert and is selling websites for people online. I have a shopify store, but was looking to open a new one with this person's assistance. They said they charge $250 for their services, provided testimonials and examples of her previous work. This person is in many facebook groups we share, and is well known by several communities online, I was assuming she was a safe person. After the payment was sent through Cashapp, which was my first red flag. But she said she is updating her websites and this is the only payment she can accept. Once payment was received, I had to keep following up with her, as she would not deliver, nor communicate her updates with this project. Finally 2 weeks later, she submits a very poor quality website, which later on I found out had several issues. Shopify emailed me saying that I need to fix my store for $150 as there are several bugs and violations. She also sent me a chatGPT written word for word "marketing plan". I cannot use the website, nobody can make payments on my store. This entire business is fraudulent.

Offered merchandise for sale on shopify, but no tracking number ever given. No contact number to reach. And no replies to email. Goes by Tim on shopify. Email is [email protected]. Also uses email [email protected]. Emailed from [email protected]. paymemt had to be made the through paypal as donation. Went to Janine M Cinco on paypal. I have transaction ID # if needed.

On 6/1/2022, I ordered "Letter to my Dad Blanket" as a Father's Day gift to my brother which cost $34.95. I charged the order to my VISA card, and my card was charged for this amount on the very same day. I sent e-mails inquiring about the order on 6/14/2022 and 6/23/2022 with no response from the vendor. This will be the last time I do business with any Shopify vendor since they do nothing to help the customer in situations like this. Shame on me!

I ordered a Nintendo switch from this website assuming that site was located in Kentucky USA. Then I noticed on my PayPal account the name of the company that took the money out was Shopify and not Gamesclubs. Got a tracking number and found out the Nintendo switch was coming from China. I contacted Shopify and Gamesclubs after waiting 4 weeks and Shopify wrote a ticket up and then told me they were just a platform company and could not deny nor confirm that website. They suggested I get with my bank if the product doesn't come in. Ticket number 21655236 by Shasheen. The package arrived yesterday and it's not a Nintendo switch it's a bunch of masks. I have researched on the internet and I'm not the only who got cheated with this company and website. I filed a refund with PayPal and am waiting now.

I ordered a grill at 50% off the price right before Labor Day thinking I was getting a bargain. A month later, no grill. Sent an email out and they said it should be sent 7-10 days. Came and went and the store Vbworuwei.shopify.com is no longer available. Nice.
