This was a boutique that I went to from a Facebook advertisement. I ordered 3 shirts. After not receiving the items after 3 weeks, I emailed support and they said they would send it out right away. After 2 weeks, I received 2 of the 3 shirts. 1 of the 2 shirts I ordered was replaced with something of less quality and not matching the items I ordered. The other items send was very poor quality and did not look like the picture. The 3rd top was never sent. I sent 5 emails to the same support email and no response/ I opened a dispute with PayPal and this company told PayPal I received all of the order and that it was correct and PayPal took their word for it so I lost the money and didn’t get the products I ordered.

Used website advertised on social media. A buy one get one free offer. Received email with tracking number. After several weeks tracking number to site no longer exists.

I ordered 2 items Oct 1 and received a confirmation with order#. When nothing arrived by Nov 3, I emailed them but have had no response. I cannot find a phone number for the company
