Hello, I ordered 4 products, an iPhone and some headphones and charger on the site https://www.shopiosx.com - it looked to be a legit site. I have all the documents in a PDF to support this, but can't seem to upload them on the link below. However, I started having issues when I placed by order, because I did not get updates from what they say is an automated system. They said the problem was on my end, and my hotmail was a bad address for their system. I tried to change the email in their system, as they directed me to an 'order portal' but that links to a dead link on their site. So, I messaged them for updates on my order, and they would ignore me at first, but then the sent me a UPS tracking number #1ZX091Y70397473737 that had the following issues: 1) it shipped out days before I had even PLACED my order, 2) sent to the wrong address and state- I've never even been to NC, 3) showed it was damaged in transit, and 4) received by someone named Blair - none of this was correct information that I had on my order. I responded to them that this was the wrong tracking, they replied no it wasn't I had gotten my order. When I kept messaging that I would report them, I was told they would be forwarding my messages to their legal department and that I had to take a negative review down on their Social Media. I said I'd be happy to revise the review if they sent me my order. No reply. I am going to UPS today to see if they can track the tracking number I was given to its source to see if they can be held accountable in any way - it has none of my identifiable info on it, so you can go to UPS to see it too. Their site and social media make this look like a legit company. I have tried to message and call, but once I paid, their message app didn't respond for over 12 hours, I have photos of all this but my PDF doesn't seem to load here. I included screenshots and email communication in my attachment below if you can see it. I messaged them that if for some reason they mixed my email and order number up, they could just send me the order now, I am would still review them positively, but they said I was lying and had received my shipment.
