I ordered a "free mascara" from them, as advertised on Facebook. Only had to pay the $13 shipping. Said it would take 2-6 weeks to deliver. Original due date was to be by Oct 31. Nothing showed up so I clicked the tracking link provided and it was "delayed/rescheduled" to be delivered by Nov 15. Still nothing. No replies to any emails, just gone. Pretty sure it's something in China...
