I placed an online order from https://www.shopjustice.com/ for children’s clothes totaling around $50. The items were extremely slow at being delivered. When they did arrive they were too small. I tried to initiate an exchange through their customer service. They informed me they do not offer exchanges. This information was not relayed to me at the time of purchase. They told me that I could return the items and purchase a different size. I attempted to initial a return to find out that I could have to pay certain fees and that I would only receive an $11 refund 3-4 weeks after they received the items back. It is an absolute scam that this business is selling clothing at a smaller than industry standard equivalent size, then charging to return the items. They are making money by false advertising and by not informing customers, that there are fees for returning items, at the time of purchase.

I bought a ton of clothing items on sale from what appears to be a legit site, the site states it can take 3-5 days to process abd then 2 day delivery but my order has yet to process and I found them on facebook and have read from others that ordered days before me that their items have never shipped and some have had there orders canceled. They get you with the deals just to not actually send you the product apparently and my goal is to help others before they waste their time and money as well. My daughter was so excited for her clothes and i feel like an [censored]
