Ordered 2 bottles, got 6. Month goes by, another 6 bottles delivered. Do not want them and want a refund. I'm worried they will keep sending and charge me. Cannot email as no valid address except [email protected].

I found advertisements on internet regarding keto gummines. With Kelly Clarkson advertising. I purchased this on 1-6-24. They dinged my credit card for another amount not disclosed. I called and they stated it was part of the product that helps it work. I told the representative that I did not want it and wanted my money back. He stated that money back was an option, even though thats what the advertisement stated. I told him I would send back or just throw away in the trash. Two months later I was dinged on my credit card for optician and glasses for the exact same amount of $239.99 times two. Only to find out the keto com. Sent two more packages of Keto gummies and billed me for eyeglasses.

On 1/9/2024, I responded to an email received offering the Keto Drops for $39.00. Instead I received a package with 6 bottles of the drops for$239.00 and a

bottle of Cleanser capsule for $59.00. Subsequently, on 3/28/24 and on 3/30/24, I received 2 more packages (NEVER ORDERED) for $239.00 each, when I called the conpany at 877-748-3880, requesting refund and advice how to return the 2 packages. They told me, i could not return them but as a courtesy they could refund me 50%

Which i did not accept. Called my credit card and charges are now in dispute and credit card cancelled.

Please help to close down this company that's stealing honest people their money. Thanks.

I emailed the company 3 months ago who told me that being i ordered this product online that they could not help me but then said that they would cancel the order. I just received anoth 6 month supply and was charged $239.99 again!

I ordered 6 bottles, a 6 month supply. It was advertised as Buy 3 get 3 free the price I thought was $39.95 per bottle for what I thought was around $120, but in the small print, I guess was a price of $79.90, so my total cost was just short of $240.00. I called KetoDrops and told them that I had been duped, so Bad on Me, but to not send me anymore. About a month later I received another 6 months supply (6 bottles) and was cherged another $240. I again called them to get a refund and send the product back and the told me that I couldn't because I had agreed to autofill, which I did not. They finally said the would credit me 1/3 of the charge and they did. He also guaranteed me that they had cacelled my subscription. Then today I see in my statement that they have charged me another $240. I tried to call them twice and both times they answered and told me an agent would be with me soon, then there wasn't any sound for about 20 seconds and then cut off.

Order online. thought I was ordering $39.99 but when it appeared on credit card, charge was for 6 bottles and I was charged $239.99. Within the hour I emailed them to say I did not want order..too much money. Got email back saying once order was placed, could not be cancelled. When I disputed thru bank, (& chg had already posted to my cc) I had not even rec'd order. A couple of days later, I received and immediately did "return to sender" (which was a Ca. address. I am 78 years old and live on SS so this is a very big deal for me. The dispute with the bank is going no where. But I have read so many reports that it is a scam. Even if I had kept the pills, I would have been afraid to take from a company that won't talk to you on the phone and says they can't do anything and hangs up. Or email that states no return. I thought all legimitate businesses accepted returns.

Was supposed to be one time purchase of something different they sent their product and tried to send more and charge more. Did not open 2nd package, sent back with “Did NOT order “ on it!

I made an online purchase and when the product arrived it contained an item I did not order. Then on Feb 6, 2024 I received a phone call from the fraud department of my credit card company regarding a suspicious charge. Keto Drops attempted to charge me $240. My credit card company denied the charge.

I called Keto Drops to find out about this charge to make sure I was not on some subscription plan I did not enroll in. The person said I was not, but I think that it was deleted when my credit card company denied the charge. I wanted an address to return the unwanted items but was told I could not since it was more than 30 days from order date of 12/31/2023. This was an additional $60 dollars of product not ordered.

This is a horrible product and worse customer service. A recurring monthly charge happens and almost no way to unsubscribe or cancel. Last month I clicked on an add and was immediately charged $129.99. After trying 4 different phone numbers I finally got a CSR. explained I didn't order or mean to order after the CRS told me "but you did". Told them not interested but the product was sent and returns are not an option. ( Per their purchase agreement). Never was provided with purchase # or order #. After todays charge again, spent an hour trying to get someone to cancel and was told nothing could be done about the charge but would cancel future shipments. i asked for email confirmation but that has not happened. Scam for sure.

I attempted to purchase keto vitamins from the website that was advertised on Facebook. I chose two bottles for $67. I received an email receipt that said 4 bottles for $189.99. I immediately called to find out why I was charged the wrong amount and was told it was what I clicked on, even though I 100% know it was not. They said there was nothing they could do because they already shipped the product. I knew this was impossible since it had been a matter of minutes. The man refused to return my funds and when I repeatedly said I wanted to cancel the order he said the best he could do was a 35% refund. A month later, they went into my account and took another $189.99. When I called to demand that the funds be refunded, they refused saying that I had signed up for a subscription which I absolutely did not, and even if I did, I clearly called and cancelled the month before. They said there was nothing that could be done, gave me no information for how to cancel, and only after repeated calls and expressing extreme frustration did they say they would cancel any future orders. They refused to refund the funds and in total took $320 from me. I cancelled the credit card to prevent any future access to my account.

This company takes over an add that Kelly Clarkson hás on Facebook. Not only they charged $139.99 for a bottle that was supposed to be $39.00 plus free shipping. They ended up sending me 4 bottles of who knows what’s in it, that I didn’t ordered. I called them to let them know, that the packaging was also mislabeled and they hung up on me. The CSR, sounded like she was talking from a backyard and in a different accent. When I called my bank, they charged was immediately posted and now I have to go through a dispute with them. IT A SCAM!

My mom purchased a buy 3, get 3 free package of the Keto Drop ACV gummies. She was charged for all 6 bottles. The site claims to have a "90 day money back guarantee." After calling in to dispute the charge and inquire about how to return them, she was then informed that this was a monthly subscription and, although she had just received a 6 month supply, they had already charged her for the next monthly shipment just 16 days after the initial purchase! They offered an $80 credit but refused to give an address or return information, cancel the monthly subscription, or make any attempt to rectify the situation. This was an Instagram ad that has apparently affected MANY users. Frustrated and tired of [censored] scammers getting away with this!

Thought the ad was for 1 month of product was sent a 6 month order and charged credit card 239.99 . One month later another charge for 249.99 and 6 month order sent to address. Did not order nor approve any charges .

This was one of the many KETODROPS being sold as a weigh loss product. They use multiple companies and multiple "stars" that are false. I called the "customer service " number and the guy said I could not return the gummies (even though I didn't even open the package). They said they don't accept returns on "consumable items". ALL THE OTHER SITES SAY AFTER YOU TRY THESE IF THEY DON'T WORK, RETURN FOR MONEY BACK! I am so upset I can't see straight!

Ad say 39.99 a bottle 6 bottles pay for 3 get 3 free was charged 239.99 for the 6 I called rude foreigners lied reduced fee to 156.00 . Never got a receipt said they couldn’t do anything about the rate but was able to reduce the fee I said I wanted to cancel I was told I couldn’t. Sent emails no one responded. There seems to be a lot of addresses for them on the bottle it says Memphis TN

Website has all the buzzwords, news sites, and social media logos that aren’t linked to anything. No company name. Linked to site from Twitter/X Advertising. Bought 3 bottles for what looked like $39.99 ea for 6. Didn’t see the tiny print underneath.

Digging into the Terms and Conditions, after seeing the FTC article, this isn’t a one-time purchase. It’s a subscription:

“ 2.3.1 (Cont) This product is sold as a program with the price and product being charged and delivered one the initial sale, and then again monthly (every 30 days after the initial purchase).”

Called the number and was offered $80 coupon in response to my request to cancel the order. Told “it’s already in process” and offered $180 refund.

Checked my credit card - they billed twice - the customer service rep said only once.

Disputed the charge and had the bank issue new cards to block all further activity.

Sent product twice with out being ordered,when product is supposed to be taken once a day. Charged debit card without my having a subscription. False address & email. When finally called phone number person said they had no record or account of me. But they can sure debit my account. Would really like to know how to get out of this mess!!! Plus their products do not work!!
