I purchased "Amarose Tag Remover" from advertisement on FACEBOOK,( limitless x inc). Customer service agent-Dallen called me and told me if I purchased Amarose Lifting Serum, that it would work better. So I ordered it over the phone , I gave him my credit card number VERBALLY. When it arrived, the bottle nor the box was sealed. They started sending me additional bottles every 2 weeks using my credit card, told me I signed up for a subscription. I didn't, I just wanted to try it once to see if it worked. I was able to return one order because I insisted on a RMA number and got it. After this I cancelled my card. I tried to return an additional order that I DID NOT order, But now, they couldn't find me in their system because I had cancelled my card an I tried to return some additional bottles of it but because I cancelled my credit card, they couldn't find me and they told me to deal with them through my credit card company. Lady who answer the phone name is Honnachi.

So I went to the Amarose website and ordered the same product (Amarose Lifting Serum.) When purchasing it, i noticed that I didn't need to fill out the credit card information, they had it already. So when the Amarose Lifting Serum arrived, it too, was not sealed. In contacting them, Amarose wanted me to send it back but they had a clause in their return policy that they would not take any opened cosmetic products back. I sent it back anyway with a tracing number and signatur card. Now both companys are using the same addresses. I was trying to compare what "Amarose Company" with what " Limitless X Inc" sent me because I believed at the time that they "Limitless X Inc" sent me something that was returned to them and I was going to notifiy Amarose on what was happening. Well, it looks like they are the same company. I am currently fighting both through my credit card company. Not sure of what the outcome will be. Still fighting. On my credit card statement, the charge comes up as "mentom." Found out this is the company that process payments for them. I notified my credit card company the phone numbers are no longer useful. I couldn't reach them. Dispute of dollars are still being investigated by my credit card. I have a temporary credit for this problem while they investigate.
