I ordered 4 insulated Christmas tumblers. I was given a tracking ID that shows it was delivered a month after my purchase date. I have not received my order and the tracking number provided through the China Post does not populate once it made it to the US.

Purchased clothing from website

The clothing never arrived

Reached out to company and they will not refund

I purchased the products online because klifry said they were a warehouse for Coldwater Creek -- a reputable clothing company. It was not delivered although a tracking number was provided. I requested a refund or a new delivery. They said it would be re-delivered. I got notice yesterday that it had been delivered but it had not. They are refusing to refund the money.

This was a FB ad for a Stanley Tumbler: Limited Sales-40oz Stainless Steel H2.0 FlowState Quencher Tumbler. Once ordered, I got an email with a tracking number. After following it for a week I emailed & they promply responded with the normal broken English response that they would look into it. I demanded they resend the item & the "did". Never sent a new tracking number after asking twice. Once I mentioned reporting them, they haven't responded.

I clicked on a website that claimed two pair of Hey Dude shoes for $19.90 each. I ordered two pair and they gave me a "discount" of $5.90, making the final purchase amount $33.90. I ordered them using my credit card and began wondering about the legitimacy immediately afterwards. After 2-1/2 weeks, it's clear that I was scammed. The link from the original e-mail no longer works and the tracking number they sent me does not do anything. Feel like a fool...

There was a flash sale on Hey Dude shoes through their instagram story with a link to click to order. The more shoes you purchased the bigger the discount was. It looked exactly like the Hey Dude website and the instagram account.

They were selling beautiful boots for very cheap prices, which I figured was too good to be true (it wasn't). Ordered on 05/09/2023 and received tracking, but does not show where it is shipping from and has been on the same delivery status in California for a week. I have emailed 3 times and get no replies. Judging from other replies I will soon get an email saying it has been delivered and never receive.
