I’ve been emailing this for two weeks now about my order. & i have not been successful with a respond. I placed an order with this company on January 20th,

The company Love |Lables stated in one of the email” on Jan.27 and i quote “ Also pre order items take 2 weeks However it's in transit to us arriving tomorrow it will be dispatched to you immediately”…. I respond back letting them know that none of my items was pre-order items. The company then stated that an item i order on Jan 20, the “black out button skirt was a pre order item.” ( i have the corresponding email convo for proof). But On their order conformation page it stated; “ Please allow 1-2 business days for processing (unless any item is on PRE-ORDER which will always be noted in the product description). On the website , it never stated that . Now my second order i order it on Jan 24 & paid for 2 day express shipping. It’s now January 30th. && i have yet to received any update about my orders that I’ve been emailing this company about.

Targets clothing customers shop on line . Order placed September never received they said would receive late order in November still not received end of December they email twice saying items are going out !

Love labels boutique clothing Continually emails saying they have shipped never received items . Then email they have employees stealing when I emailed cancel all items response was we are rushing all orders to come in and soon as yours come we will ship . This company needs serious attention from legal point of view they are serious scammers need prosecuting for consumers .

I placed an order off theyre website from Insta Gram on August 21,2022, for $440.70 for a jacket and skirt. They sent an order confirmation immediately and stated i would recieve tracking within a couple days. They processed my order through global E. and I never recieved tracking info so i emailed requesting it on 3 different occasions. I then went to global E’s site and used my order number to find that it was just a shipping label and nothing was shipped. After the 3rd email Matt replied stating it must be lost so he would reship it. Global E shows a shipping label was created Aug. 21,2022 but it has never been updated to this day. And they wont reply with tracking of information either. It still says processing the same as the day it was created. But no one will reply. I eventually requested a refund from both and they still wont reply. Its been a month and i cant get through by phone, no answer at the number listed. They wont answer my emails. They wont give tracking, they wont give a refund. Theres no attempt to resolve this. I lost a LOT of money and im convinced this is a scam site or they would have replied to my first email about tracking, which is supposed to prevent a package being lost to begin with! Why would they reship it without any tracking either time? Its a scam!
