I saw an ad for these new shoes that can help increase your height. I felt intrigued and purchased the product. It has been 25 days since that order has been made, no shipping info or tracking number provided, nor the product delivered. I was in contact with customer service but all they gave me was an apology and a pdf file i was unable to open. This is a complete lack of professionalism and i believe this website is fraudulant, come to find out people can buy this product via amazon. This caused me great suspicion that the website I found was built by a scammer to draw eager people in while acting as the shoe company. The website should be investigated and shut down in my upmost opinion.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for christmas. Told me it was on its way then after numerous attemots of tracking order and sending emails i got an email saying that i would receive them in 3 to 5 days. That was 10 days ago. Asked for a good tracking number because the ine given has no uodates and I never got a response.
