So basically I bought two items from marys boutique, I ordered two items on October 29th. By November 15th I started realizing that I never got the order or tracking number, so I emailed the merchant multiple times, almost every day I would email them and message them through Shopify, the boutique never answered me. So I look at their reviews on Shopify and a lot of people say the same thing, they never received their stuff and that the shop doesn't answer customers messages. So I called my bank, chime, and had to dispute the charge. The operator on the phone, HE HIMSELF, said “ oh wow this looks like a reoccurring issue for this shop” and basically that someone last week had to dispute a charge too bc they never received their order. After many failed attempts at trying to reach out to the merchant, I went to a social media news page on TikTok. Three days after I disputed the charge and went to the news page, it was only then when I finally received an email saying I got a tracking number. A whole month later after my purchase. Then, the merchant's sister somehow got my phone number and started messaging my personal number, harassing me and basically saying I was making “false” claims when I have proof of everything, proof of all the times I tried messaging the shop and no answer, proof of the purchase date, proof of never receiving a tracking number up until I disputed the charge with my bank, and proof of the reviews made on Shopify that showed people were going through a similar situation as me
