Bought the Leather product online.Have never received it.Emailed once ,got 1 reply back ,but when I tried to enquire again
follow up enquiries via email are blocked.DEFINITELY SCAMMERS .AVOID AT ALL COSTS !So when they reply here saying they arent ,obviously are worried about getting caught.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !
Do not be fooled by the ever so convincing emails you'll receive when you query an order and take no notice at all of the fake tracking details you'll be given !
Just check all the other reviews by similarly ripped off customers and spend your hard earned elsewhere.

I ordered three SuperClean Reusable Professional Slime Cleaners for myself and my parents on July 11. They allegedly shipped on July 12 with a promise of delivery in 5-16 business days. Instead of a USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking number they give you a link to some site that tells you to order your tracking number there. The problem is, they don't give you a tracking number in the first place. On August 6, I sent an email to their support email address asking where my package was, which was ignored. On August 12, I called Capital One and disputed the charge. On August 14, I received a letter from their legal team claiming I never reached out to them and threatening me with legal action "in case we are unable to resolve this dispute amicably". When you read all the other reviews posted to this site, ScamAdviser, PissedConsumer, TrustPilot, and the BBB about other people who've experienced the same thing I have, I hope it convinces you to steer clear of this company.

Ordered goods.from shopnatic advertised on Facebook on the 18th May 2021. To repair my auto seat . The money was paid to shopnatic on the 18th May 2021 by Credit card
I have not received any goods. No contact number. I have emailed numerous times and receive the same reply . Someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours . Never happens . Try to get to website and facebook page - NOT AVAILABLE !
I LOST MY $39.90 to a scam . Web shoppers beware - use paypal only , at least they will communicate with you and try to help .

Placed an order for Leather repair kit over two months ago. I haven't received the product I ordered. I have emailed them (as that is the only way to contact them) half a dozen times, no response. They have no visible contact number, although I will continue to search for one and actually speak to them.
They have essentially stolen my money, and from what these comments below mine say - many other people's too. I think this company is a scam. Prove me wrong Shopnatic, send me my item, or refund my money. Otherwise, I WILL POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT HOW YOU STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY!

Placed an order for leather kit in April that stated 5-16 day delivery. Wasn’t received. Contacted ‘Sophie’ who sent another. Asked for tracking number and followed this. It showed as being in Uk on 18 May but then back in Netherlands on Friday, 18th June. Asked for immediate refund but no response or refund. Stay away fro this company, absolute rip off!

Bought leather fix kit after seeing ad on Facebook. After more than 2 months, one tiny tube os some gunk finally arrived via China. No instruction, na applicator, nothing like what was advertised. Have sent numerous emails to complain and request a refund. Deathly silence from their ‘Customer service’ - a real misnomer, that one! My advice: avoid, avoid, avoid. They are unreliable in the extreme ... shonky as!
