Received a targeted ad on instagram for grounding shoes. Clicked on the ad and was directed to the shop. Purchased the grounding shoes on the shop and received a confirmation email immediately. Weeks later I reached out to support asking about the shipment and when it would be shipped. They replied to my email that they would be on the way soon. No shoes were sent, a fake tracking number was sent and when I emailed about it they assured me it was on the way and the product was great. Now they will not repsond to my emails and the phone number will not connect.

Order was placed. I only get an automated response when I email and the phone number doesn’t work.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company. They had an advertisement on Instagram. I located their company on the internet and ordered through that site (thinking I was practicing due diligence). I received a confirmation of said order. I received a notice that said product had been shipped. When trying to track the order I couldn’t find it on any of the typical shipping sites (ups,usps,FedEx,ect) each time I emailed the company I could not get an answer. My last email to question has now been deemed a virus. When I went directly to the site and used their tracking site it states that there is a firewall against my email. I called the customer service number and the person on the other end gave me the runaround. Not to mention there was a rooster crowing in the background.

Beware! Beware! Do not spend a dime. Not to mention I have now been receiving multiple scam likely calls since this purchase began.
