I saw the product on a Facebook ad. The site looked a little basic, but it said their products ship from a US warehouse and arrive within 7-12 days. It was actually shipped from China and took a month and a half to arrive. The product was nothing like described. It was supposed to be a childs hammock on a wooden frame. What I received was a fabric hammock with ties on the end, shipped in a plastic bag. No frame included and a different design that couldn’t even be mounted to a frame. I sent a screenshot of the item description to the customer service email and a photo of the item I received. Their reply was that I received the item I ordered and they would forward my email to their marketing department. No offer of the refund I demanded or offer to send the product pictured on their site. Now I have to see if Paypal will let me dispute the charge.
