I received a link via messenger from a friend for a mixer for my kitchen. The amount for the mixer was a little over $7 and come to find out shipping was over $20. My total came to $29.47, and the transaction started on shoppingbiglots.com which I thought I was on Big Lots website but when the transaction went through, it said katherinestyles.com. Thats when I knew something was wrong. So I went back to the link to cancel my order, they had no way for you to cancel. I looked at the return policy which stated you can request a cancelation and get a full refund if you request before the item ships. Which I did, immediately after my order but the customer service number 1-800-523-6113, leads to nowhere. So I email them at [email protected] and got a response a couple days later saying my order has been shipped. But that email no longer works, nor the website, shoppingbiglots.com. I keep receiving tracking information for my order but its written in chinese and when I track it I dont know what is going on. I just wanted my money back but I should have known better. Because if a price is too good to be true, it usually is.
