Ordered it on 3/12/2023 still no goods received and was told to wait patiently for custom to ship now no refund or goods and no answer to email

I attempted to purchase a breadmaker online. The purchasing process seemed normal. I received a confirmation email with an order number and a tracking number. The product was being shipped from China. The tracking number provided to me showed that the product made it through customs in the U.S. but then no information was available after that. I ordered the product four months ago and never received it. I have emailed the company several times, and only received one response telling me to be patient and that the product would eventually arrive. I have requested a refund and cancellation of my order and the company has taken no action.
