An instagram ad popped up for a cat toy from ROOBZE, which I purchased. I received the toy as expected but later received an unauthorized charge for 86.46.

I saw an ad on Instagram for the company’s cat toy sale. I proceeded to the website to purchase the $1 toy. However after providing all of my information a page popped up asking if I wanted an additional toy for $24. With no other option I clicked continue to order and it immediately charged my card without confirmation. I contacted them and initially they only wanted to refund me $5 but I was able to get them to refund the whole order. However, they would not allow the purchase of just the $1 toy as per advertised. Their website even says the following:
