I purchased from the Instagram ad they had a Black Shield Iphone 14pro max case which I really wanted on May 20. It says on their website that it takes 3-4 business days to process the order. After 5 days I didn't receive any tracking information and contacted the merchant to ask when I can expect to receive tracking and shipping information for my order, They replied via email saying tracking information isn't available and when it becomes available they will let me know. I then wrote back and said that this is unacceptable and would wait until Tuesday May 30 to receive the tracking information. If I didn't receive it by then I said I would open up a case against them with my credit card company to get a full refund and I would also report them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. I opened up a dispute against them with my credit card company today May 30 and am also reporting them to the ScamPulse.com because they have failed to offer a response.
