Site offer products for pets always "on sale," and procedures for returns claim no returns on sale items. Items for sale show images of one kind of product, with reviews only on that product. When contacted, the claim was that the product was the "standard" not the PRO, and they would be happy to charge me $150 more for an upgrade to the product I ordered.
