On 4-18-2024 I saw an ad for Obsession Boutique on my facebook. The clothes were super cute so I went to their website link and ordered $338 worth of merchandise from Shoptheobsession.com. 5-3-2024 I received all but three of the nine tops , and when I emailed them I was promised the tracking info for the other three would be sent within 48 hrs . I never heard from them again. After filing a case with Paypal twice , the case was closed in their favor because Paypal said I couldn't prove my case even though I had emails from them acknowledging the items were missing and one telling me they would refund if I closed my Paypal case. They sent the tracking #from the order and told Paypal that was proof I received my order. Which yes, I received it but three shirts totaling $106.94 were missing. Paypal accepted their tracking# and closed my case.
