I attempted emailing the company, which is the only contact information I had to cancel the order 3-5 times. I received no message back from the company.
After realizing making the transaction, I became suspicious of the nature of the website in hindsight. I provided my banking information via debit card, which worries me. I contacted my bank. Because the transaction is pending, I cannot cancel my debit card at this time. I have to wait until the transaction clears before I can proceed with anything with my bank. At this point it is a waiting game with all transactions being completed with my bank before I can cancel my debit card account.
I wish to spread the word about this company. I should not have proceeded with the transaction.
