On October 21st 2023, I received notification of delivery but the only parcel was the cane not the scooter.
I have been emailing the support and trying to call the customer service number but have been ignored and hung up on repeatedly. The last response was to tell me it was being investigated. I paid using Klarna and filed a dispute with them also. They just declined my dispute saying the company had proof it was delivered and the delivery company was responsible for it being lost. They did not send anything to me at all.
The delivery company was the United States postal service. The company is stated to be in Fort Myers, but the tracking notices had the item starting in Illinois to New York, and then to Wisconsin before shipping to Tennessee. I had already paid half of the price $314.50 through Klarna.
I have proof the scooter was never delivered or shipped with that tracking number. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
