I followed a facebook add to order a chair. The chair was ordered 9/6 and as of 10/11 still not received. Tried to email them for support with none. 10/10 noticed a charge for a business called clothing craze hub for about $180. We had no idea what this expense was. Turns out this was them putting us on an auto renew subscription which was NOT part of the chair purchase form, therefore they put me on an auto renew without consent.

Because they can still not tell us when the chair will arrive we demanded a refund and refund for the subscription. They have said they will grant both. I also informed them I'd be reporting to BBB. We still await the refunds which may take 7-10 days they said.
