I was baited and switched. I had gone to purchase an item for $34.95 and I entered it on my card information and it still showed $34.94 and right as I hit the button to confirm the order and place the order it has changed to $69.95. So I immediately contacted customer service not even minutes after I placed this order to say I want to cancel it because they had scammed me, and because of their slow response time they had responded saying that they can find my order and then when they did, they said the order has already been shipped out. To which I said, I want to return the order and get a full refund. Once it’s returned, and they’re responses that they cannot give a refund and they will not let me return the order. So they scammed me out of 30+ dollars and won’t give me any money bag and won’t let me return an order. I just want Hello all right and then would you like us to be a room charge or on your credit or no cash facility or hopefully going to change it so that we are Kesha Silletti but yeah.
