I had been waiting for delivery and now they are telling me it was delivered but when traced it was delivered to another address not mine and they are telling me that it is my responsibility to find them. I told them I would be reporting them and I wanted my money back. They then blocked me from being able to email them

NEVER RECEIVED!!!

I ordered 12 shirts in April and china post stated they were to be delivered via ups. Ups doesn't have a tracking number. China post stated delivery was May 8th. I never received my product, which totaled over $50. I can't reach out to the store due to it supposedly being closed, and they don't answer the phone or Facebook messages.

Scam...

I purchased several shirts and a couple hoodies. Spent $40 on April 16, checked the tracking information on may 18 and it said it was delivered (to my city and state) but I never received them. I checked a day or two later and it says the store was closed...and now it's a different message saying to subscribe to their upcoming store.

I ordered 10 items on April 7, 2023. I reached out to the company on May 3, 2023, because I didn't receive my order. They gave me a tracking number, but it turned out to be fake. It showed delivered in Bronx NY. I sent out a email letting them know, I never received the package. They sent an email blaming the delivery company. Which it never show any delivery company for the shipping info. I emailed them asking for a refund. The support team emailed me back, and they don't want to refund me my money back. They keep trying to get me to send more money for reshipping. They have since taking the website down.

I placed my order on April 7, 2023. I contacted them about my order, because it was taking long. I checked the site it's shows closed. I received a email that my order was being shipped on May 4. I've been following the tracking day by day. It show delivered but, the tracking is showing Bronx, NY. I live in Texas and never received a package from Shoutrust.com I've contacted them letting them know my package wasn't delivered. They emailed me back, wanting me to pay $15 to have ordered reshipped. I refused and they giving a run around to refund me.

I place and order own April 5 2023 an they were so long by sending my order so i email them and nothing didn't received no emai from them but one they said they were getting the order ready but now you can't get own there website it say close that's it took the money and ran i spent 30.88 dhl suppose to deliver it but still nothing want happen again

I ordered religious shirts from an online establishment which was advertised on FaceBook on 21 March 2023 as well as DHL processing. After almost one month of non receipt, I began email trying to locate my package as it had been stuck in Los Angeles from April 2, 2023 until I requested an update on April 19, 2023. On April 21, 2022, the Tracker started saying it was enroute and all the sudden on April 25, 2023 the tracker showed delivered. This package was not delivered to my address as I was home all day on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 and I have a RING Doorbell which records and there was no deliveries made to my address. I have attempted numerous times to email the establishment and the shipping company. When emailing today, I received a failure to deliver stating the email address [email protected] has been disabled. I have asked for a refund or to have my order rectified. I no longer am receiving any correspondence from the company
