We ordered 3 vanities totaling 1606.47. We researched the site and it seemed legit. I also looked online to see if this site was a scam and no one reported it so we ordered from Shovelar.com. I did not receive an order confirmation so the next day I reached out and received a response (chat says they respond 24/7). Never received the confirmation but I had the order number and was tracking daily. We ordered on 8/31/23 and it is now 10/17/23 and the order is still processing. The most suspicious part was going to pay for these via Paypal. We paid someone named Vik Churi (see attachment). We did not pay Shovelar direct and this was when I started to get concerned. I reached out a second time and was told my order would ship out after 9/24/23 and then received a "ya" which seemed odd for customer service. That was the last time they communicated with me. I have contacted them almost daily via email, phone and chat. They have stopped responding to me on all communication. I got scammed and now out of money. I am heartbroken. We have rental property and on a very tight budget.
