I ordered 2 real life kittens that were suppose to move etc as per their ad and paid 25.00 per cat. What I got two months later was 2 toy cats like from a 99 cent store. Just two toy stuffed cats. Of course you can no longer find their ad on face book. It seems like anything I have bought overseas is a scam. [email protected]

Bought a product online from GOT XPRESS advertising on a Facebook add and they sent me something completely different, I had correspondence from them where they wanted to refund me $4.00 from a $75 purchase I complained on PayPal and opened a resolution case and after dragging the case for 2 months PayPal closed on favor of the (scammers) vendors.

RECEIVED STUFFED DOGS THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE ABOUT. THE DOGS WERE STUFFED DOGS THAT DID NOT MOVE AND YOU CVOULD HAVE BOUGHT AT 99CENT STORE. PAYPAL NEEDS TO REEVALUATE THE COMPANY THEY ARE DEALING WITH BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT WAS AWFUL,AWFUL,AWFUL!

I ordered a Yorkshire Terrier that was supposed to be lifelike and this is what I received, a tatty small unanimated toy ! I paid £20.99, in the shop I wouldn't pay more than 99p. I have had email communication with the seller who is offering a meagre 5% refund which is an insult
I've raised a case with Paypal, if they don't react positively my husband and I are going to close our accounts as we use Paypal for consumer protection.

I paid $67 for two 22” dolls and I never received them. They don’t have a phone number and PayPal didn’t want to return my money back. They are not reliable and they steal your money. I sent all the info they wanted,puctures of what i ordered,pictures of what i received, order number, all communication that i received from Gotxpress, how i paid. Been waiting since Aug 19 for a reply from paypal. Received a denial on my refund from dispute dept at paypal 10/9. Not enough info. That is B---S---. They had all the info except my fingerprint and blood type. PAYPAL IS A SCAM WHEN IT COMES TO GOTXPRESS. IM DONE WITH ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH PAYPAL FROM NOW ON.IM A 76 YEAR OLD GREAT GRANDMOTHER WHO SPENT $60.FOR 2 DOLLS FOR MY GREAT GRANDDAUGHTERS FOR XMAS. THEY ROB THE ELDERLY. THEY DONT CARE. Toy shark was advertised on video on the floor accepting treats and being "shot" with somebodies finger while it rolls over and plays dead. The video also shows the shark laying on somebodies lap being tickled and the shark responding by appearing to laugh. This "shark" is not as advertised. It does not roll over, play dead when "shot" or accept "treats". It does not laugh when "tickled". It is a cloth bean bag with a plastic mechanism inside that makes the tail wiggle back and forth with a black button that can be turned on. It does not feel like a "real" shark. I contacted Paypal for a refund and they told me they would not proceed any further until I make a formal complaint with a Government Agency, I.E., FBI, Consumer Affairs or the Internet Crime Complaint Center. If they know all of these complaints are going on with this "junk" they should not be allowing us to make these purchases. It's costing both us and them. What a ripoff.

Following on from my previous message I have just spoken to a paypal advisor. To do this ring the number given under contact us and ask to speak to an advisor. I was told waiting time was over 1 hour but my call was answered within 3 minutes. I told them about the claim I had made and that although I would get a full refund of $55.60 for the dolls I purchased why should I have to pay return postage of $16. Apparently Paypal allow you to claim up to £15 for postage costs and the advisor has sent me an email and once I have sent the dolls back I then respond to the email and send them a tracking number and amount paid and I will get a full refund for postage. Will post again and let you know how I got on.

Good luck with paypal refund. I went thru all the info,pictures,order numbers, tracking numbers ,how i paid, copies of all communication i had with Gotxpress. This was back on 8/19. Last email i received fro. Paypal dispute office on 8/30/20 said do not send merchandise back and wait to hear back from them. Sent email 10/09 asked about dispute results. They sent an email back last night saying denied not enough info. That is Bull . I sent everything Dont look for a refund from paypal.

I paid $55.60 dollars for 2 life like 17 inch dolls with clothes and received 2 6 inch dolls unclothed and they are rubber rubbish. Filed a claim with Paypal and Paypal say I will get a full refund if I return the dolls which is going to cost me $16. Why should I be out of pocket when I did not order these dolls. Am till fighting this case.

I would contact Paypal on the phone and ask for another review of your case. The whole point of paying for something with paypal is so you get protection. When you get the automated call just ask to speak to an advisor.

Ordered a cute moving, realistic husky toy from what I saw in the pictures & videos. I thought well we can’t get my daughter a husky so this is the next best thing for her to enjoy this cute moving pup that she can play with. So I ordered it for Christmas for her, paid $48, which is about what you may pay for a moving dog toy, but what I received was completely different. It was a small stuffed dog, no moving, no interacting...nothing! This item was worth no more than $10 if that, the seller doesn’t understand English properly or they’re just playing dumb to get away with it. Have opened a case with PayPal because they’ve obviously falsely advertised and that is against the law. I’m not sure if it’s worth contacting the ACCC but I may do. I can not believe that they are doing this to people, and like others have said, this “item” no longer exists on their website Boejoys...how coincidental. Now I’m very upset and angry because doing this has affected my daughter, and no one messes with my children. Now she will not get what I wanted for Xmas and I prob won’t even get my money back after reading comments about paypal, they’ve always been good in the past but I’m feeling very sad that they may not sort this out for me.
I just don’t understand why this is obviously an issue that many come across and open resolutions on PayPal yet they’ve done nothing about it or not reported them to the appropriate authorities. Disgusting!

I ordered a life like doll from this web sight. What a joke! The doll was not life like at all , no clothes nothing like what was described. So disappointed. I contacted seller and was told keep the doll and give it to someone. I said I wanted full return just send me a label to return. Then I was offered $15.00 to keep the doll. I said no I want to return. Since I paid through Pay Pal I figured I would be protected. I was not! Took 2 1/2 months to be told I pay shipping to Malaysia and I will get full refund. So here is the kicker. I paid $38.98 for this cheap doll that I could have got at dollar store. and shipping to Malaysia is $26.00. So beware even if you use Pay Pal you are screwed. Can't believe this is allowed, false advertising of product and no recourse. And of course you can't talk to a person at Pay Pal.I guess it is buyer beware! Will only buy made in United States from now on. Lesson learned.

Ring paypal and when you get the automated response ask to speak to an advisor, I found them very helpful and they have sent me an email so that once I have returned the 2 rubber dolls I did not order and returned them I can respond to the email and send a tracking number and postage costs and they will refund up to £15 for postage costs. I purchased a waterproof rain coat...received a poorly made cotton jacket...not at all what was described. I purchased through PayPal and am extremely disappointed. The seller offered me $3 to keep the coat and eventually $23 and I continued to pursue a full refund through PayPal. Another joke. Paypal's complaint resolution is that I can get a full refund if I send the item back to MALAYSIA! The item was shipped from Pittsburgh. The item with shipping was $47...shipping back is $37. I am beyond livid. I can't even get Paypal to talk to me either. As far as I am concerned, PayPal is also worthless. Beware. This site is totally fraudulent.

The presentation on facebook looked terrific and the price was good. It also makes me wonder about the credibility of Facebook so that you cant trust anything shown.

Ordered a life like baby doll. 22 inches photo was very cute they did say may come with different outfit. What I received was a very cheap plastic 8 inch black doll. No hair no clothes. I think the Dollar store would be nicer.

Currently filed complaint with PayPal. The company has made me offers of $10, 15, 70% and 80% they want me to stop my complaint with PayPal first. No way they committed Fraud. I want my entire amount I paid including shipping costs
