Paid $55 for the application and never heard from them. I texted 562.222.5582 and got a response that said to apply online. I did and then tried to follow up days later and no response. I selected my days to view the unit they listed and nothing. Seems like it's a scam. Will have to do a chargeback with my bank.

This service called show Mojo claims to have properties on rental apps such as Hotpads and Truilia Rentals , they make you fill out an application with all your personal information and they charge a $55 application fee to view the property. They send you an email to schedule a property viewing and reply with property unavailable for viewing please reschedule. They give you three different days and times for scheduling then they ask you to reschedule again . They never have availability I have proof on my emails where any day and any time that I select they always reschedule me and cancel me. ( Rental Properties
